Deposits of half the course fee are payable at your time of booking. Deposits are refundable in the event of cancellation up to 16 weeks prior to the course start date, minus a £95 administration fee. Thereafter, deposits are refundable only if the place can be filled by another student. If the place can be filled then the deposit will be refunded minus a £95 administration fee.
Full course fees are payable eight weeks prior to the course start date and are non refundable, except where the place can be filled by another student. If the place is taken by another student then the fee will be refunded minus the £95 administration fee.
Please make sure that you are able to attend all of the course dates before you pay your deposit and confirm your booking.
INSURANCE – VERY IMPORTANT
Where travel and/or accommodation are involved ( i.e. on residential courses) PLEASE ensure that you take out travel or holiday insurance. In the event that you are unable to attend because of travel delays due to illness, rail cancellations, adverse weather, or other circumstances beyond our control, then we cannot refund your fee. Your travel insurance should cover these eventualities. We recommend an annual insurance policy if you travel often.
Cancellations by us
In the event of the cancellation of an event by us, you will receive a full refund of the course fee. If an event date is changed, your payment will remain valid if you wish to attend the rescheduled event. If not, we will refund the full payment by bank transfer.
